Boulos has made public the title and address of those accountable for the company’s policies regarding inquiries and complaints.
You have the right to ask about the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and you shall be given access to that information. We can provide you with this information within a reasonable period after we have received your written request, usually within thirty days.
In certain situations, we may refuse to provide you with the information you requested if there are references to other individuals or the information cannot be disclosed for legal or other reasons.
